Pat has only been working in ceramics for the past seven years. Once retired and settled on a wonderful rural site high in the Brynderwyns, she was bitten by the bug.
Pat is not one to do the same thing twice, so her work is pretty out there and often experimental. She works with clay as she paints ... loose and often pretty abstract. She is enjoying working with underglazes and creating unusual twisted shapes. Several of her works will be on show in the 2024 Mangawhai Artists Art Trail.
