Christmas Exhibition, 12 - 30 December 2019 The Opening Event of this exhibition will double as our MAI Christmas function.
Deliver your artworks to the gallery on Tuesday, 10 December, 4 - 6pm, no late entries accepted. All members exhibiting work will be expected/asked to take a turn at staffing the Gallery, for a 2½ hour shift. Please check your calendar beforehand so we can allocate you a time when you drop off your works.
Please bring with you:
Maximum of 5 artworks, not larger than 12 x 12 inches (305 x 305mm), ready to hang with D-ringsand labels/hangtags attached. Labels should contain your name, title of the work, price.
Completed sales sheet (download this at the bottom of this page) stating your name, your bank account number, titles of the works, medium used, price.
Collection of unsold work will be on 31 December, 10am - 3pm
artworks to be no larger than 12 x 12 inches (305 x 305mm), including any framing. NOTE: This is a larger size than last year
must be ready to hang with D rings or similar, no fittings that stick out of the frame (see illustration below)
sale price is up to $150
please bring your works in a small box, no larger than needed, so there is space in the store room for everyone’s work and we can keep things easily accessible.
members may submit up to 5 works. The curators will determine which works are hung with each member a guarantee of one work hung for opening night.
the exhibition is 'cash and carry' so as work sells it will be replaced by the curators from the un-hung work
Please note that a fee of 2.5% will be deducted from all credit card sales.
